- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two clean bowls.
- In the yolk bowl, mix in softened cream cheese, salt, and optional seasonings until smooth.
- In the second bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped whites without overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into 6 equal mounds on the lined tray (about burger bun size).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set.
- Cool fully before assembling as sandwich bread.
Notes
Store cooled cloud bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Toast lightly in a skillet before serving for extra structure.
