Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  3. Rub chicken with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle evenly over both sides.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
