- In a large glass pitcher, pour the white wine and peach schnapps.
- Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved (if using).
- Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and strawberries.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to let flavors infuse.
- Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
- Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the sangria over.
