Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle 750 ml dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional, to taste
  • 2 ripe white peaches thinly sliced
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 lemon sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water chilled
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a large glass pitcher, pour the white wine and peach schnapps.
  2. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved (if using).
  3. Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and strawberries.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 2–4 hours to let flavors infuse.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the sangria over.
  7. Spoon some fruit into each glass for added flair and flavor.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For deeper flavor, let the sangria infuse overnight.
Use organic fruit if possible, especially since the peels stay on.
Add fresh mint or swap berries based on the season.
For a stronger cocktail, include a splash of brandy.
